Speaker Bios:

Tom Hoban, Chairman & Co-founder

Tom is a popular speaker on the subjects of entrepreneurship as well as sharing their recent work inside Coast Innovation Center.

In his popular talk to college students titled “How to Succeed in Business Without Losing Your Soul” Tom is candid if not raw and honest with students.  “I am probably not a great example myself, but I have tried to do things the right way” is his opener, capturing audiences with an acknowledgement of his own frailties, mistakes and shortcomings while uniting the audience around the shared goal of striving to do the right thing always in a sometimes unkind world.

A great story teller and powerful stage presence, audiences often remark that Tom is unusually candid, open, and real.

Shawn joined him just a few months later.
